Daniel Harness

Daniel has over 23 years agency experience across all sectors of the property industry, which started in the late 90’s in residential agency. Daniel then moved into commercial agency with a regional practice in Essex/East London, before moving into National Agency roles with Lambert Smith Hampton and BNP Paribas Real Estate.

In 2016 he founded Harwin and is responsible for the day to day running of the business as well as handling all aspects of commercial agency across the South East. He considers himself very fortunate to have a large number of loyal clients who he continues to act for.

In addition to running Harwin, Daniel plays an active role within the National Industrial Agents Society Committee and is currently the Vice Chairman.

In his spare time Daniel loves spending time with his young family and is a very keen golfer, when his temperamental back allows! He enjoys watching most sports with a particular love of Football, Rugby & Cricket. Something both his children enjoy too!

Daniel Robson

Daniel has recently joined the Harwin team and brings with him a wealth of experience having worked in the East London and Essex market since 1988 (yes he is really that old).

He specialises in the A13, A127 and A12 corridors, and looks after all aspects of the commercial property market, with a strong focus on the industrial, warehouse and open storage space sectors handling disposals, lettings, acquisitions.

When not working Daniel, a proud father of four, loves to be on the water and competes at a national level in Paddle boarding endurance events, surfing, kitesurfing and generally being on the beach and in the sun as often as possible.

Karen Guntley

Karen joined Harwin in 2018 after a career break to start her family. Having previously worked for over 25 years in the Insurance sector in the city, Karen was looking for a new challenge. Since joining Harwin, Karen has quickly become a vital part of the business and provides essential support in all areas from marketing and accounting to viewings and doing deals.

In her spare time Karen enjoys family time with her girls and is a keen runner, along with her love of fine dining and weekends away.
